Lowest Price Guaranteed.

Reserving our Best Value hotels guarantees you savings. We process a large number of reservations through our accommodation partners, and therefore are able to secure special rates with participating hotels.

Our lowest price guarantee means that our rates at Best Value hotels are the lowest you will find. Act as early as possible, as rooms for each hotel are limited.

To secure your reservation at the lowest available rate:
  • The hotel booked must be a Best Value rate and booked online through aircanada.com to guarantee the lowest rate.
  • Pre-payment by credit card is required.
  • If you find a lower rate available at the same hotel for the same travel dates, contact us within 24 hours of booking your Best Value reservation.
  • We can be contacted either at 1-800-387-9005, in English, 24 hours a day, and seven days a week, or via email at wwtms@ian.com. (French operators answer this line from 0900 to 2100 EST 7 days a week.)
  • We will either refund you the difference between the rates or cancel the reservations without penalty.
Note that this guarantee does not apply to special events such as New Year's Eve or the Super Bowl, for example.

 How to claim a guaranteed price

Aeroplan Miles

By creating an Air Canada profile, you are automatically enrolled in the Aeroplan program.

After providing the required information, you are supplied with an Aeroplan number. Your profile allows you full access to all functionality at aircanada.com  and aeroplan.com. Your Aeroplan number and PIN (password) are valid at both web sites.

You can start earning Aeroplan Miles for every hotel reservation you make online on aircanada.com as soon as you have an Aeroplan number.
  • Aeroplan is Canada's premier loyalty program and has been providing exciting travel benefits for over 20 years. With over five million members, it is the largest reward program in Canada. To get additional information on the Aeroplan program, please visit aeroplan.com
  • Alternately, you can dial 1-800-361-5373 in North America, from 07:00 EST to 23:00 EST or outside of North America, call 514-395-0300.
As an Aeroplan member, your miles accumulate quickly when you reserve your hotel stays on aircanada.com.
  • You now earn one Aeroplan Mile for every $1 CAD spent for every completed hotel stay booked on aircanada.com, exclusive of taxes and fees.
  • All Aeroplan Miles earned will be credited to your Aeroplan account once the hotel stay is completed. Please allow approximately 90 days after travel consumption for your Aeroplan Miles to be credited.
  • To earn Aeroplan Miles for a completed hotel stay booked on aircanada.com, you must provide your Aeroplan number at time of booking. Completing your booking without providing your Aeroplan number will not entitle you to the Aeroplan Miles related to this offer. Aeroplan numbers can not be added once the hotel reservation is made and your Aeroplan account can not be retroactively credited.
Please note any reservations made via the call center are not eligible to earn Aeroplan Miles.
